Our Hygiene Promise

We take cross-contamination seriously.

For every new residential client, we provide a brand-new mop head and a set of cleaning cloths dedicated exclusively to your home. These are left at your property and are never used in any other customer’s home.

Wherever possible, we recommend using your own vacuum cleaner to prevent allergens, dust, and pet hair from being transferred between properties. However, if needed, our team can provide a thoroughly maintained and sanitised vacuum.
